Didnt offer to show the work. Didnt offer receipt. I don't usually worry with a little bit of poor service, but I saw a lot of laughing and chatting with customers in the kiosk that had arrived well after me, and still my small alteration had not been started; and also a lady went up to the counter and waited for service, but left because not one of the 5 people in the kiosk even looked at her. Disappointing. And my gosh what a rip off. :(
